My secondary research interests lie under Section M of the JEL Classification System, i.e., Business Administration and Business Economics. In particular, I am interested in personnel management and international business administration.

Finally, I have research interests falling under Section H of the JEL Classification System, i.e., Public Economics. In particular, I am interested in fiscal policy and how it affects the behavior of firms.

Methods

Currently, I conduct empirical quantitative research, analyzing panel data of large samples of firms across industries and locations. Specifically, I work with stock prices observed weekly and financial variables observed quarterly, semi-annually, or annually. I am also interested in analyzing data for large samples of individuals and households observed at monthly frequency. In addition, I am able to analyze textual data using natural language processing techniques.

Software

The software I routinely use for statistical analyses is Stata, and I prefer Latex and its Beamer package for publishing and presenting the outcomes of my research. I have advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and intermediate knowledge of Python.
